I purchase my first car earlier this week. After looking all around Ottawa, I found a 2011 GMC terrain at the Laplante Dealership in Casselman. I was wary at the beginning due to the horror stories you hear about dealerships but, after contacting the Laplante, we were able to get almost everything done over the phone. My father tagged along because he has dealt with Laplante in the past and has a love for cars. On the day of, we walked in, got amazing service, signed a few papers and we were on our way. Couldn't believe purchasing a car was this easy and stress free. Really enjoyed the service and will definitely consider purchasing from them again.
